Terms of Service

These draft Terms of Service describe the basic rules for using Docly, including acceptable use, account responsibilities, and service limitations.

Use of the Service

You may use Docly only in compliance with applicable laws and these terms. You are responsible for ensuring that the information your team uploads or shares through the product is lawful and that you have the right to use it.

Accounts and Workspaces

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity that occurs under your login. Workspace admins are responsible for managing membership, uploaded content, and operational guidance stored in their workspace.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Docly to violate laws, infringe rights, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or submit harmful code or content. We may suspend access if use creates security, legal, or operational risk.

Billing and Paid Features

Paid plans, billing intervals, discounts, and promotions are subject to the pricing and billing flows presented in the product. Access to paid features may change if billing fails, a subscription is canceled, or a promotional entitlement expires.

No Guaranteed Accuracy

Docly is designed to provide grounded answers based on workspace content, but outputs may still be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing answers before relying on them in operational, financial, legal, or safety-sensitive situations.

Changes and Contact

We may update these draft terms as the product evolves. If you need contract-ready terms for production use, contact the Docly team before rollout.
